John M. Gendron, President/Owner

Gendron & Gendron has been a part of John’s life since he was a kid. At age 6, he started working on Saturdays with his grandfather, the founder of Gendron & Gendron. In 2000, after graduating from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, John joined the company on a full-time basis. He worked for his father as Vice President before taking on his current role as President. In addition to his work, John serves as a member of the Maine Aggregate Association, Maine Better Transportation, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the YMCA board.

Stacie Nielsen, Office Manager

Stacie has been handling the general administrative tasks for Gendron & Gendron, including contract tracking and data management, since 2018. Stacie’s 25 years of experience in the administrative field as well as the classes she has taken at Portland Adult Education and University of Phoenix have prepared her to keep things running smoothly in the office. She enjoys coming to work every day and being a part of a team that functions as a unit. Outside of the office, Stacie enjoys volunteering and currently serves as a committee member for Cub Scout Pack 116 and Scout BSA Troop 2019 as well as Social Media Chair, Secretary and Assistant Popcorn Kernel for Pack 116 and the Fundraising Chair for 2019.

Josh White, VP of Operations

Even before Josh graduated from Falmouth High School in Falmouth, ME, he was working within the construction industry during summer breaks and school holidays. Josh began working full-time in the industry in 2001 as a laborer and progressed to foreman and then to superintendent. Josh served as Project Manager for Gendron & Gendron for 5 years, overseeing all excavation work and finally became the VP of Operations in 2019. As the company grows and continues to grow, Josh has taken on more responsibilities and is now involved in most aspects of the business. Having worked in each of these positions has given Josh a thorough understanding of all the work that Gendron & Gendron performs every day.

Karen Camire, Accountant and Human Resource Manager

Joining the Gendron & Gendron team, Karen Camire has been hired as the Accountant and Human Resource Manager.  Prior to joining the Gendron & Gendron team Karen has worked in other locally family owned business for the past 25 years. She brings with her the skills and knowledge to help with the continuous growth of Gendron Companies.  Karen has received her Associate Degree in Business management with a minor in Accounting from the University of Maine. When she is not in the office, she enjoys camping, hiking mountains and snow shoeing with her family and friends.

Zachary Quinn

As an experienced laborer throughout his teenage years, Zachary picked up a vast amount of practical knowledge by performing various tasks in the field. With this, he has been able to successfully implement it into all phases of his current construction and design efforts. During his collegiate years he attended CMCC and UMO to further build on the foundation of skills previously learned. While in school he was presented with many real-world problems and circumstances from talented professors which better prepared him for the future. Zach is a valuable part of the Gendron team, his creative problem-solving techniques along with his strong belief in client relations ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
